Delna

Director, Senior Speech Pathologist & Orofacial Myologist

Delna is a warm and bubbly Speech Pathologist and the founder of Little Growers Paediatric Therapy. Delna has experience working with children of all ages to achieve their communication goals, with a particular interest in Speech sound development and Orofacial Myology. She adores the rapport building process and creating opportunities for people to connect and communicate to build meaningful relationships. Outside of work you will find Delna teaching dance at One50 dance or spending time with her family and friends on the weekend!

Delna has extensive training and expertise in a wide range of evidence-based approaches including:

  • The Sounds Write Literacy Program

  • PODD (pragmatic organisation of dynamic display)

  • The SOS (sequential oral sensory) approach to feeding

  • Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) training

  • What phonological intervention should I choose? – Adventures in Speech Pathology

  • 4 Day Introductory course to Orofacial Myology with the Australian Academy of Orofacial Myology

Charlotte

Speech Pathologist

Meet Charlotte! Charlotte is one of our warm, gentle, and dedicated Speech Pathologists here at Little Growers. She is passionate about supporting her clients and their families to grow their communication skills and build meaningful relationships. Charlotte enjoys working across all areas of Speech Pathology, with a keen interest in literacy development and helping her clients feel confident and thrive within their learning environments. Outside of work, you’ll often find her at the beach, going for walks, enjoying a good book, or baking sweet treats for the people she loves.

Molly

allied health assistant (aha)

Molly is a bubbly and dedicated Allied Health Assistant currently completing her final year of a Bachelor of Speech Pathology. She brings a strong clinical foundation and hands-on experience supporting children with diverse communication needs.

 

With experience as both a dance coach and SSO, Molly has supported students with complex needs and helped facilitate the school’s speech program. Through her university placements, she has developed skills in supporting speech sound development, early language and literacy, and delivering individualised intervention for children with disabilities.Molly is passionate about building strong connections with families and helping children grow into confident communicators. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, dancing, travelling with her partner. Fun fact: she reads over 40 books a year!
