Delna
Director, Senior Speech Pathologist & Orofacial Myologist
Delna is a warm and bubbly Speech Pathologist and the founder of Little Growers Paediatric Therapy. Delna has experience working with children of all ages to achieve their communication goals, with a particular interest in Speech sound development and Orofacial Myology. She adores the rapport building process and creating opportunities for people to connect and communicate to build meaningful relationships. Outside of work you will find Delna teaching dance at One50 dance or spending time with her family and friends on the weekend!

Speech Pathologist
Meet Charlotte! Charlotte is one of our warm, gentle, and dedicated Speech Pathologists here at Little Growers. She is passionate about supporting her clients and their families to grow their communication skills and build meaningful relationships. Charlotte enjoys working across all areas of Speech Pathology, with a keen interest in literacy development and helping her clients feel confident and thrive within their learning environments. Outside of work, you’ll often find her at the beach, going for walks, enjoying a good book, or baking sweet treats for the people she loves.

Brianna
allied health assistant (aha)
Brianna is a kind and bubbly Allied Health Assistant currently completing her final year of a Bachelor of Speech Pathology. She brings a calm, caring, and approachable presence to her work with children and families.
With a background as a Pilates instructor, she has years of experience supporting people of all ages to feel confident, capable, and supported. Across her university placements, she has gained experience assisting with speech sound development, early language and literacy, and individualised interventions for children. She values working collaboratively with parents and teachers and is passionate about helping children reach their potential!
Outside of work, Brianna enjoys trying new restaurants with her partner, taking walks at the beach with her greyhounds, and loves listening to Taylor Swift!
